Difficult Weekend for Valentino Rossi at Silverstone MotoGP 2012

The bad luck happened to the British rider Cal Crutchlow who crashed on FP3 and made him can’t allow following Qualifying, but as we know he’s young and have lot of spirit on his home race. With his injured (broken ankle) on Sunday he follow the warming up practice and follow the race even he must  started the race from very back row 20^th . He clearly show to us what we called passion and patient, with his satellite bike Yamaha Tech 3 he short the gap very impressive. 

Only need 2 laps for made him passed 9 of CRT bike and post him on 11^th very near with Valentino Rossi who stuck on 10^th place and not need too long for him clear Valentino Rossi for 10^th. 11 laps he need to took place on 7^th from Hector Barbera and Stefan Bradl, really great stuff he did when we look where he start and his condition, and the last lap he has taken 6^th from Nicky Hayden (even the Ducati bike not good yet but it’s still prototype bike). What a race? Really heroic race by Cal Crutchlow and for sure not only British fans proud with what he did but all MotoGP fans. Standing applause for him who 4^th position for World Standing Championship after round six in Silverstone.

Jorge Lorenzo just did Hattrick after won three time of 3 series of MotoGP and he just shown to us he was right to signed contract more earlier with Yamaha, because for this season this bike is so perfect with the engine and the new tire, made him able to passed Casey Stoner who still struggling with the bike and the new tire and force him to only has 2^nd place on this race and Dani Pedrosa on the 3^rd podium.

Another great rider on British GP was Alvaro Bautista, after so great take his first pole position, he just did a great finished on 4^th place really near with podium and like he said “he could be able to force to get 3^rd place but its too risky for him so he decided to keep patient and run with them on the front row”. Really great move from him to have battle with factory.

VR crashed on QP

After very strong and be the fastest on Free Practice 1 and made all his fans face the British GP with smile on their face, the cloudy come again after look Valentino Rossi struggling a lot on the rest of Practice and the worst thing just happened when he was crashed on Qualifying Practice. And it’s really fast crashed and made his bike damage. Of course it was difficult to the team to fix the first bike and force Valentino Rossi only rides the Qualifying with his second bike.

Like we know 1^st bike he has still not competitive yet even bit better and we can imagine what he will get with his 2^nd bike, So start from 10^th place which is row 4 for British GP he need to took even its really not what the team think.

And the hard situation on QP not only came from valentine Rossi but his team mate Nicky Hayden has the same trouble, the American rider crashed in the same corner as Valentino with the same style to crashed but lucky for Nicky he already took 7th place to start the race.

For Valentino Rossi the first he announced for Silverstone race is “Difficult weekend” and his commented for this track was “the most difficult track”. Of course it was so hard for him. We all think he can’t able to ride well on British GP because he was wrong to choice the harder Bridgestone rear tire, cause only him wear those type but in press conference after race he was said “Our decision to used the hard rear tire absolutely not the reason why us so difficult at the race because if we use soft it would have been more worse, since the left side wouldn’t have lasted. At least with the hard I could get past Barbera."

So the answer from The rider what the main reason he struggling a lot was "we can’t get enough front end grip and honestly we don’t know why and we don’t know how to resolve the problem, if we could do that, we would immediately lot faster. And for this race Nicky Hayden show to us the real performance potential of Ducati but anyway both of us still very far from the leader. We have to work, we have to improve our pace and hope at the next round at Assen we could be better”

Can’t imagine, if the rider who got all this not Valentino Rossi. Maybe the team condition so dark and sad, but Valentino Rossi can handle it with his passion and his charisma. He still treat his fans very well in every race, wave to all fans even he crashed on QP yesterday, give smile with camera on TV to said to all fans around the world Its difficult time but with smile and togetherness all will be easy to face and try to find solution.

Incredible of Valentino Rossi. When all people so confusing where he will ride for next year, after lot of issued blow on the paddock about Dorna will change the Rule of Rookie to make Marc Marquez can joint immediately to Factory bike and many more. But Valentino Rossi still calm and said “For this time I only focus to being competitive at Ducati, maybe at Laguna Seca we will talk about it and two races after at Brno we will announce it about what decision we will take for next year”.

We love Valentino Rossi and the one made us mad in love with him is because his spirit. Spirit to face the uncertainty of the future, with confident, optimistic and not give up but still realistic. Always continue to try again and again with a different way and believe all problems have a way to solve it. Because the real journey of life will never be found before we pass it. Go Valentino Rossi, whatever you will for next year we’re still here to support you.

Jorge Lorenzo Stay "Blue" with Yamaha Factory For Next Two Years

Casey Stoner's retirement is leaving a hot market of riders for next year. Lots of question came about who will take the seat of Casey Stoner on Repsol Honda Team, the strong factory team in 2011. Speculation said Jorge Lorenzo will take the seat on Honda, Valentino Rossi will back to Yamaha, and so many predictions came for it.

Nevertheless, today on June 12 2012, early decision came from the World Champion 2010 Jorge Lorenzo with his official announcement to stay blue with Yamaha for next two years. What is good of his early decision is he can concentrate for fighting another World Championship on this season, and as we knew he was on 1^st place on world standing after winning at Catalunya race follow by Casey Stoner. Other thing where his dream to end his career with Yamaha closer with reality. 

Here what he said after signed contract for 2013 – 2014 with Yamaha (motogp.com) : "I am extremely happy to have signed with Yamaha for two more years. They've made great efforts to retain me in the factory team so I want to thank all those involved at Yamaha for this. I've been treated like part of the Yamaha family since 2008 and I love working with them. It has always been my first option to stay here and so I'm happy that this important negotiation has finished with such a positive outcome. Now I can focus on the Championship and I'm looking forward to paying back Yamaha's trust in me starting at Silverstone this weekend. I look forward to winning many more Championships together; my dream to finish my career with Yamaha is now closer to becoming a reality!"

Now the Big question for this season is: Who will be the riders for Honda Racing team and who will sign contract for 2^nd rider in Yamaha? Dovizioso has big opportunity to be the rider of Yamaha factory due with his result for last two races of this season and the good result on Catalunya test. However, we can’t forget the good performance came from  Cal Crutchlow, who always giving us a great battle in every race for seating on Yamaha Factory. And for Honda Factory not sure enough after what Nakamoto has said “Valentino Rossi Not to the factory team, but he can ask satellite”

In my view I don’t see what the reason he talked like that after what Valentino Rossi did for their team before, but actually as long as no official announcement everything could be happened, as with what Valentino Rossi has, not to be worried for anything, because only he the one rider has complete package.

Catalunya was new hope for Ducati in dry track. After positive test on Le Mans with Aluminum swing arm and new engine, the first hope from Ducati team is able to going well in the dry race.

But what the team thinks after the result of the test unfortunately went different with what happened on MotoGP Catalunya practice and Qualifying Practice.

Valentino Rossi just able started Catalunya race from 9^th place and his team mate Nicky Hayden was started from 7^th. Again it was not the team hope on the paper, but they all race on the track not on the paper, so it’s the reality happened.

The six round of MotoGP this year less of battle  for front place after HRC with Dani Pedrosa has a problem with the bike and the tyre,and at 10 laps remaining  Jorge Lorenzo can passed him and take a lead and be champion in Catalunya. And Dani Pedrosa only finished for 2^nd place, of course it was podium for him but he’s not happy enough with the result he got there. Because what he expected was the highest podium.

And for the first time of this year we didn’t see Casey Stoner on front because he was struggling with the bike, and the tyre he has chosen didn’t work well like it must be, and made him on the middle of Yamaha Tech 3 for finished on 4^th place after failing to pass Andrea Dovizioso who was very happy at his first podium of the year for 3^rd position. And the British rider Cal Crutchlow who strongly enough this season with his bike was able to finished on 5^th.

For  our hero who still can’t found his way on dry track, still can’t tame his bike, but we knew Valentino Rossi is Valentino Rossi, wherever he start the race his spirit always same, fighting with what he has. That’s the different he with the others. Just like we knew he did 100% and no complaining. Try this and that for make the bike stable and easy to ride not only for him.

At Catalunya he finished on 7^th place, yes it was only 7^th but at least he getting improve after started on 9^th. He trying so hard to catch up Alvaro Bautista for 6^th position, but seems he lost the rear tyre so the bike can’t run more. Like we knew he is so realistic with this situation and he said congratulation to Alvaro Bautista for 6^th place.

Lot of fans worried with his performance but Valentino Rossi said some positive thing he can found on Catalunya, it’s the potential of Ducati on dry, quite close from the front row and he will see for Silverstone circuit what the bike can bring for him and team. 

Before the Round 7^th of MotoGP at Silverstone Valentino Rossi have two tests again he did with the team. First test after Catalunya race is on Catalunya and the team trying again with his swing arm but that’s what we need from test, Valentino Rossi said the swing arm help him on acceleration, but it triggers too much chatter, as opposed to during the Mugello test, where it proved to be advantageous. 

But he will not stop to try for 2^nd test on Aragon he will keep trying it and finding what will happen. For Catalunya test the fastest was Andrea Dovizioso but too bad for Repsol Honda Team, they were not happy with the test. And also they decided to skip Aragon test after disappointed with Bridgestone who can’t supply front tyre they wanna try there and they both not too happy with the new rule about implement a new front compound starting June 15-17 at Silverstone.

The Aragon test on June 6^th 2012 made Yamaha Racing Team happy with the result he got, both of rider Jorge Lorenzo and Ben Spies finished for 1^st and 2^nd position. Valentino Rossi who only finished the Aragon test for 8^th keep put his smile on his face because he said “since we found something positive, we can say that it was a good test."

For me we never know what will happen, just like Valentino Rossi did, to ride on Ducati bike it was the difficult thing he did on his career but as long he has spirit to get some improve, he still face it with smile and happiness. So proud to be his fans and thank you to keep us proud. We Love you hero

Fastest the movie on DVD, Appreciate it Mark Neale

These has been quite long after the Fastest movie was released at the end of September 2011 in Europe. And at the time me who live in Indonesia only able to watch trailer on the Internet. No chance to watch in the cinema like all on there because in my country this movie not released on the cinema.

In January 2012, I got my first contact with Mark Neale on one of social media, he was very kind person after reading my blog he sent me message and said "want to send me a small gift". I'm very happy with it, but after waiting for so long, month by month nothing come to my address. But doesn't  make me sad because I know for sure how busy him he is being film director and as we know he has done many great documentary movies, some of his movies as Faster (2003),  The Doctor, the Tornado and the Kentucky Kid (2006), Charge, Zero Emissions / maximum speed (2011).

And today June 8th 2012, Mr. Postman has knocked my door and brought one envelope from California. It's really amazing for me, I got the FASTEST dvd movie directly  from Mark Neale complete with his autograph on the cover. He can said to me "it was the small gift" but for me " it was a great gift I never imagine before".

Really Appreciate to Mark Neale and like always you said wit me "ALL THE BEST". Thank you very much I watched the movie and nothing I can say then "Brilliant Movie, by Brilliant Director, featuring Brilliant Riders"

Valentino Rossi with Magnificent Podium at Le Mans 2012

Continuing the great result from three Free Practice and Qualifying Practice and finally Valentino Rossi start race on Le Mans circuit from the third row on 7th place, actually his result in qualifying was very close to achieve 2nd row on 6th but whatever the Qualifying  result he got it was the great result ever for this season, and we don't need to doubt when last race in Portugal he started from 9 and finished very well for 7th place and like he said on #askvalentino that’s clearly “we will build it step by step.” Ahh so realistic of you Vale.

And under the rain after so many riders crashed out on Moto3 and Moto2 due the slippery track condition, the class of the kings MotoGP starting without any expectation who will take the podium.

But as we know Ducati always very good to ride under the rain, in one part it was good because means we can hope some interesting race will happen and the important for me and all Yellow army we have some fresh hope for Valentino Rossi will get podium in the wet, but in other part which mean something not good in the bike, just like Valentino Rossi said when he was waiting to start the Le Mans race “I was hoping for the rain but when you hoping on it, you’re in the sh*t.” That is the way Valentino Rossi talking, he always honest and talk what he feel with heart nothing he hide just to make him look good, that the one reason he’s so different.

When the light went off, all riders started the race was very good except Randy de Puniet who crashed in the starting line but lucky for RDP he can continue the race with his 2^nd bike  and Ben Spies who still struggling a lot with his M1 almost crashed with the bike.

Jorge Lorenzo who started from 2^nd row just flying to the front without any rival who battle his stable riding and Valentino Rossi got on 4 place behind Casey Stoner, Andrea Dovizioso and Cal Crutchlow on 5th the duoTech 3 for the last three race very good with the bike.

Valentino Rossi step by step took the position of Andrea Dovizioso, but the race totally very very tight, the gap between Casey Stoner, Valentino Rossi, Andrea Dovizioso and Cal Crutchlow was very close, no one can predict at the moment who will win the battle. In the condition like that the one the riders need it’s not only the speed but they need to manage their heart also means need to more calm and patient.

And I think Valentino Rossi got it, he was very patient to following Casey Stoner and manage gap with duo riders Yamaha Tech 3. When we look the situation both Yamaha Tech 3 very close with their first podium on the season but the fact said different because pushing the bike so hard in the corner Cal Cruthlow crashed on the 10 laps to go but the bike still good enough to made him rejoin to the race again and then when the battle for 2^nd place still happened between Casey Stoner, Valentino Rossi and Andrea Dovizioso but something happened with Dovi’s bike with his front tire and make him crashed and out from the 2^nd battle on 3 laps to go but like his team mate, he able to rejoin on the track.

So now the battle for 2^nd place is only between Casey Stoner and Valentino Rossi, the great battle we never found from so long after drama happened in Jerez 2011 when Valentino take out Casey when crashed in front of Casey. And for sure it make Vale more carefully to overtake Casey even though the Jerez matter it’s not Vale’s fault. But surely this time we can see clearly that Vale did really good overtaking like he always did and at the first chicane on the final lap Valentino Rossi just prove to us without words that his skill and his talent stick with him and will never gone.

And here in Le Mans 2011 Valentino got his first and only podium for that year and Sunday May 2012 in Le Mans Valentino got his first podium for this season and his second podium with Ducati, the greatest of him not only stop until that even only got 2nd place but he be World Wide Trading Topic on Twitter. Incredible 

If I can put quote from the greatest boxer Muhammad Ali who said “To be great champion you must believe you’re the best. If you’re not, pretend you’re.” 

For me this quote is really like Valentino Rossi is when we know who we are, what we want, even in any difficult situation we are sure that we can pass it and reach what we want.

The podium must be meaning much for Valentino rossi morally made him have more motivation and desire to make Ducati more competitive. He  knows the podium is very important for himself, for the team and for all fans, but with very honest he said “It wasn’t mean the problem that Ducati solve already, they still have lot of work to do, and the next test in Mugello the Ducati team will try new engine and chassis, and after that he and Ducati will see.”

I like the humble he has, Valentino Rossi with the spectacular experience is very realistic, the target after the Mugello test is not podium yet, the first step it for make the bike more close with the Satelite team in this case is Yamaha Tech 3.

VR : "It's shocked for everybody, I think no body expect, at the some rumor in the last day we all though he would continue for another year,  but it's his own decision and It's a great pity for MotoGP, because we lose a great rider"

talking about the current state of MotoGP what's your opinion about CRT thing ?

VR : "In a perfect world, we would have 25 MotoGP bikes on the grid but unfortunately in this period we try to ride with the less expensive bikes and nobody very happy because for the riders it's like step backward"

The next question is so simple but very sharp, can you win this year ?

VR : (and Vale with so calm) "for the championship or the race" (Laugh). "we will try but I think will be very hard because we're too far and especially the first  three guys flying and go very fast but we have to try to think step by step in Portugal last race it was better and will continue on that way and try to arrived closer to the six, to the five, to the four and we will and after we will see" 

And question from fans in Italy, when you will see the light on the tunnel with GP 12 ?

VR : "Will...and now we're more close and specially next week we went to Mugelo to do two days test and Ducati prepare some new stuff to try improve the perform of our bike and after the test we can try to start to see the light of the tunnel

Back to serious question, lot of asking about your retirement ?

VR : "it is something unbelievable. I mean I've no intention of retiring, and I wanna race as much as possible because this is my life, for me is a great great passion and I know I'm 33 years, I wanna continue on the MotoGP minimum at least for the next two years"

And you come from mini moto and What do you thing about Moto3 ?

VR : "yeah for sure, I follow Moto3 from so close because I've young brother now is 14 years now he follow in Italian championship and now after mini bike, mini GP and already close to Moto3."

VR : "hmm Kevin Schwantz, I think a nice battle would break out and battle with me and Kevin will very funny."

VR : "I don't know...but maybe better flying fish."

What the fitness you do and make you keep fit ?

VR : "I training every day, I go to the gym, run and for my body I've  try to stay possible with motorcycle or anyway something with engine like go-kart, motocross, flat track  ." 

Fun question, if you have any band what would you like to play ?

VR : "Guitar for Pink Floyd or Guitar of  AC DC."

What is your favorite food and what is your favorite ice cream

VR : "Pizza with bufala mozzarella and ham  .. and in our place we use to eat pizza with the mayonnaise on the top, so try ..., and also I like vanilla cream and when I'm younger I also liked the smurf flavor"

On Moto3 and Moto2 who Italian riders will be great on the future adn good futeure for Italian riders ? 

VR : "lot of Italian rider growing up, from  Moto3 we have Antonelli and Fenati are very fast and in the Moto2 also lot of fast riders but I like a lot Andrea Iannone, he very fast and young. And for Italian riders I think the future is good in general because in Italy we try to do like in a Spain to put some money (investing more) on the young riders"

VR : "I like the one with my face on it, I wore in Mugello 2008 I think it was the funny one."

What's memory do you have of Marco Simoncelli?

VR : (change expression) "I have a lot , now I'm building the bigger track on Tavullia for training and it was ready from December last year, its not ready 100% but sometime we race there with Iannone and Passini. And when I'm in the big corner, sliding I always still remember with Marco and I think if Marco here he will enjoy a lot. I have a lot memory especially when we training together."

During the races in your helmet what you do, shout,  scream or.. ?

VR : " Yeahh..especially maybe when I make a mistake in the corner and when I got a great battle with a rider, I laughing because I'm enjoy."

Simple question only three words, Scarlett or Angelina ?

VR : (look confuse..really tough decision to make) "hmmmm.... Angelina."

Why you chosen color Yellow on your number 46 ?

VR : "because when I rode in 1996 my helmet design said. you need to put the bigger sun on your helmet, so from that moment we decided to use Yellow, because the Yellow is color of the sun."

What you do with your gloves, are you collecting them ?

VR : "I preparing to collection of all my stuff of my career for always 20 years, I have a bigger room close to my house, all my gloves, my leather, lot of helmet. And I have to say thank you to Dainese and AGV because they always prepare all material and when I want some design, they always said ..ahhh possible ...possible."

Why you didn't make your leather more bigger so you don't need to ...(laughing) ?

VR : (laughing) "Its like something....automatic to do before go in to the track, yeahhh just happened.... like on of the routine."

When you start snow boarding ?

VR : "I start with my friend in 1997, so it's long..long time ago, we always go with my friends every year, not a lot of time but every year coming better and better, I enjoy more than the ski because it's more like riding motorcycle."

Are you ever consider to build riding school ?

VR : "yeah it's possible, because now we have the track and we need to try something for the young riders and I think will be good Idea, I will to think when I'm stop."

Why you like bulldog "

VR : "I like the character, because I'm very relax, and don't need to go around, it's a;ways in the sofa, quite and I like the character.hmm and he's very brave yes very brave"

What's dream you want to achieve in your life ?

VR : "my dream when I was young be World Champion, it's the biggest dream in my life so my dream done already but I want to continue for some other season in some other good victory and good racing. And after that point I need to start dream about the normal thing of the life, like have a family, the children but before we need to find a good girl."

The other question, you still have party after midnight?

VR : "Yes. I still like night, maybe now I becoming old so not every night no more than 11 night  and I wake up 8.30 and 10 am in the Sunday morning and now in the race I go to sleep earlier because when I'm more young I sleep very late before race. So now I need certain to make me more fresh in the morning."

You got podium last year on Le Mans and how now it's positive ?

VR : "yeah the best result for us last year and now I quite far from podium but if we can improve the result from Portugal it will be a good job. Yeah we now bit faster so why not ?"

VR : ( wave his hand) "Ciao..thanks for everybody, for all my fans and see you next time, ciao."

Casey Stoner Retire & Valentino Rossi continue - The Monster Energy Grand Prix de France 2012

Live is a choice, when you feel what you face doesn't enjoying your self and make you unhappy to do it so the best way you need to do is take the decision. When people around you will agree or disagree it doesn't matter  because your live is yours.

When the moment happened

And Casey Stoner just did it, he at Pre event conference before Le Mans race just announced thats he will retire at the end 2012, Means he will not ride HRC  bike and of course not in MotoGP again. He said very clearly in his view this sport has change a lot and he can't enjoying it anymore and after lot of discussion with family and his wife so the final result is he won't continue anymore.

Here, I truly say  that I'm not fans of Casey Stoner but whatever his decision I respect with it because as a man he just show to us his way to love and protects his family and he always want close with them. It's sweet thing as husband did. Have to respect!

What Valentino Rossi said about decision taken by Casey Stoner was a bad news, Casey Stoner retirement is very negative for MotoGP, because we're lossing one of great riders and also a great rival. but we can do nothing it was his own decision.

And in the same occasion Valentino Rossi just give us beautiful statement that he'll not retire minimum for next two year, because this sport is his life and he can't to far from engine things. We can say nothing as live is balancing. Someone do like this and another one do like that. But honestly I'm so happy to hear what Valentino Rossi said means this championship still worth to watch, so we can put some hope for making the race more interesting because with all passion he has is nothing impossible.

We're sure there will be another rumors about who will take place on HRC to replace Casey Stoner for next year. in the same time Valentino Rossi will end his contract with Ducati at end 2012 and contract Jorge Lorenzo with Yamaha already pass for 2 years. What will be the next ??
Nakamoto said "he will maybe call Lorenzo and not possible he will call Vale".
